ABOUT THE COMPANY
We build physics-backed AI for garment simulation and virtual try-on, used by leading fashion brands. After several years of research and development at the cutting edge of physics-informed simulation and AI, we are now delivering enterprise-scale, consumer-facing virtual try-on experiences for global brand partners.
We are backed by experienced operators, founders, and investors from both the technology and fashion industries.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll be working on proprietary software that takes garment geometry from the real world and makes it usable at scale inside a production simulation platform.
This is a rewarding yet challenging set of problems to work on: geometry manipulation, format translation, pipeline reliability, and the edge cases that come with handling assets from hundreds of different brands with inconsistent inputs.
If you've worked in VFX or games and found yourself gravitating toward the engineering and tooling challenges rather than the content itself, this is the kind of role that was built for that instinct. We're not looking for a Pipeline TD — we're looking for an engineer who understands the domain.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strong Python skills — this is the primary language for this work
- Hands-on experience with geometry manipulation and 3D data: topology, meshes, transforms, scene graphs
- USD experience or familiarity with hierarchical scene description formats
- Experience building and maintaining pipeline infrastructure where structured data flows between systems
- Production engineering instincts: clean architecture, error handling, observability — not just scripts that work locally
REQUIREMENTS
- Unreal Engine experience, particularly around asset pipelines or runtime integration
- Familiarity with GLTF (read/write workflows, format translation)
- Exposure to CLO or other DCC tools used in fashion or soft-body simulation
- Cloud deployment experience (GCP preferred)
