Your data and your rights

Depending on how you respond to a role, we collect some or all of the following:

• Your name and email address
• Your CV, if you submit a formal application
• Your LinkedIn profile URL, if you register interest rather than applying formally
• An optional note you choose to include

We collect nothing else. No cookies tied to your identity, no tracking pixels, no third-party analytics on submission forms.

Solely to consider you for the specific role you expressed interest in. Your details are not used for any other purpose.

The recruiter at Popi who is working that specific role, and where relevant, the hiring client for that role. Your details are not shared with any other company, team, or individual.

If you are successful, your details will be handled according to the hiring client's own retention policy, which we will make clear at that stage.

If you are not taken forward for a role, we will contact you and ask what you would like us to do:

• If you opt in to staying on file: your details are kept for a maximum of 12 months from the date you submitted them. After that, they are deleted unless you actively confirm you want to remain on file for a further period.
• If you opt out: your details are deleted within 30 days of the role closing.
• If you withdraw at any time: deletion happens within 14 days of your request, no questions asked.

Email data@popi.com with your name and the role you applied for. We will confirm deletion within 14 days.

• Sell your data to anyone
• Share your data with third parties for any purpose other than filling the specific role you responded to
• Use your data for marketing
• Contact you about unrelated opportunities without asking first
